Get strong.
Stay unhurt.

Coached barbell classes in East Austin. Small groups, a real program, and a coach watching every rep.

No guessing what to do.

Most people quit the gym because they don't know what they're doing and nobody's checking. That's the part we fix.

Week 1

Learn the lifts

Squat, bench, deadlift and press, taught one on one before you join a class.

First week is free.

Come in for a one-on-one intro, learn the lifts, then try two classes. No card needed.

You're in. A coach will text you today to set up your intro. (This is a demo, so nothing was sent.)

Questions.

I've never touched a barbell. Is that okay?

That's most of our members when they start. Your first week is one on one with a coach, and you start with an empty bar or less.

Will I get bulky?

Not by accident. Most members get stronger, sleep better and look leaner. Getting really big takes years of trying on purpose.

How long is a class?

60 minutes. Warm-up, the main lift, a few accessory moves and you're out.

Where do I park?

Free lot behind the building, plus street parking on the side street.
